Handling Instructions:

Product arrives frozen, bulk packed,   120 per case. Remove desired amount, panning up to 8 units per pan. Thaw in cooler, cover to prevent crusting, 4 to 8 hours before use. No proofing.

Pre-heat oven temperature at 370' degrees. Bake for 15 minutes, then rotate, for 6 minutes more. Allow product to cool, about 45 minutes, then package and/or display as desired.
