CONCHAS (PINK, CHOC, YELLOW)
SWEET DOUGH with ASSORTED SUGAR CRUST

Handling Instructions:

Product arrives frozen, bulk packed,  66 per case. Remove desired amount, panning up to 12 units per pan. Thaw in cooler, cover to prevent crusting, 4 to 8 hours before use. Proof for about 45-50 minutes, will double in size.

Pre-heat oven temperature at 340' degrees, then bake for 15 minutes. Allow product to cool, about 45 minutes, then package and/or display as desired.
