We have two main production plants : one for bread and one for viennoiserie.

Our equipment:

In both of our plants, one finds the most modern equipment imported directly from France and Italy, such as mixers, sheeters, bread line, viennoiserie line, proofers, ovens and a 10,000 sq feet freezer. Our flour silos allow us to maintain high quality and competitive prices.

Quality :

Our production is done following internal and external guidelines focusing on maintaining safety, quality and cost controls.

Each ingredient is dated and listed, and each step of the production (mixing, sheeting, molding, proofing, baking and packaging) is carefully checked. We achieve a perfect tracability and excellent quality. What's more, GB Bakery works with sanitation companies such as Ecolab or Orkins. Each year, we get high appreciations from the HACCP.
