Handling Instructions:

Product arrives frozen, bulk packed, 80 per case. Remove desired amount, panning up to 15 units per pan. Thaw in cooler, cover to prevent crusting, 4 to 8 hours before use.
No proofing.

Pre-heat oven temperature at 360’ degrees, then bake for 25 minutes, until light brown color. Allow product to cool, about 45 minutes, then package and/or display as desired.
