SWEET CROISSANTS with SUGARED CRUST

Handling Instructions:

Product arrives frozen, bulk packed, 100 per case. Remove desired amount, panning up to 12 units per pan. Thaw in cooler, cover to prevent crusting, 4 to 8 hours before use. Proof for about 45-50 minutes, will double in size.

Pre-heat oven temperature at 360’ degrees. Bake for 15 minutes. Wait 5 minutes, ad cover both sides with sugar. Allow to cool, completely, then package and/or display as desired.
